Molycop acquisition expands portfolio

The deal has increased Tega’s international reach and strengthened its position as a supplier of products and services covering critical mining consumables, process technology and optimisation.
The combined capabilities are expected to give mining companies access to a wider range of solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, equipment performance and productivity.
Mill lining remains a key part of Tega’s business. The company develops application-specific liners that are designed according to the operating conditions and requirements of individual mines.
Its technical teams provide support across the product lifecycle, including design and development, site assessments, audits, wear inspections, installation and performance monitoring.
Tega’s DynaMax range is designed to extend liner service life while lowering liner costs per tonne and reducing the weight of rotating components in mills.
