Las Bambas copper mine

Peru’s Las Bambas copper mine is set to increase production with the opening of a new pit, aiming to address the global copper shortage. The mine expects to reach 320,000 tons of copper production in 2024. However, discussions with the local community regarding the project are still ongoing.
