The International Mining and Resources Conference + Expo (IMARC) will be back at Sydney’s ICC from October 21 to 23, 2025.
More than 10,000 mining leaders, investors, and innovators from around the world will be there for what is projected to be the biggest event ever. More than 450 speakers, 500 exhibitors, and 20,000 square meters of expo space will all be in one place for a compelling combination of talks about policy, investment, and innovation.
“IMARC 2025 is about real conversations, real outcomes, and real impact,” said Anita Richards, Chief Operating Officer of IMARC. “Whether you’re closing deals on the expo floor, solving problems at a roundtable, or learning new things in the plenary.”
Free mining guest pass: giving operational leaders more access
IMARC 2025 is making a big change by increasing its free Mining Guest Pass. Now, mine site employees, contract miners, and operational staff can attend the full conference, exhibition, and special networking activities.

The Mining Operators Series will start in 2025
The Mining Operators Series is a new event for mining professionals that will start in 2025. It will include technical talks, CPD-accredited courses, private networking events, and guided tours of the expo floor.
Innovation & investment alley: where technology and money meet
IMARC’s Innovation & Investment Alley will show off new technology that could change the way the industry works and make it more environmentally friendly. The dedicated area brings together entrepreneurs, researchers, venture capitalists, and buyers from the sector. It has live demos, exhibitor showcases, and small roundtables.
Strong conference themes: from supply chains to cutting down on carbon emissions
IMARC 2025’s conference agenda is all about resilient supply chains, productivity increases, and energy transition methods. This is because the globe is going through changes in politics and resources.
